Use a polishing cloth if needed to buff back to shine (a regular polishing cloth or a sunshine polishing cloth works great). I do not do refunds for pieces that are accidentally broken after the delivery window. If your pieces are harmed in delivery, there is a 14 day window to return or exchange.
